| This exercise has been designed to simulate a typical interview. It contains interview questions and a template for recording, evaluating your answers and revealing your answering patterns. The questions selected are ones currently used by HR Professionals and have been carefully selected to assess the required competencies common to most jobs (problem solving, communication, interpersonal and so on). The order of the questions have been purposely arranged to follow a typical interview structure. This exercise will take approxiamately between 30 mins to 1 hour to complete. |
