3.  How do you print the PDF Adobe documents?

If the printing is not complete or the characters are jumbled, there are two possible fixes for this issue:

You are attempting to print with the wrong version of Adobe. Download latest version of Acrobat Reader. After instaling Acrobat Reader, make sure you start it and accept the License Agreement prior to starting the HRIM courses.

Your printer has an outdated driver and needs to be updated. Download and install the latest version of your printer driver from the manufacturer's website, please click here.

4.  What technical requirements do I need to have on my computer to play these courses?

Your computer must be equipped with a sound card and multimedia speakers for you to hear the course. A 28.8 Internet connection is required to hear this course, but higher connection speeds (cable or DSL) will provide better quality playback.

You will also need the Acrobat reader to read and print the exercises contained within the course. For the latest version of Acrobat reader, please click here.

5.  Do I need to download a plug-in?

All courses may be taken without a plug-in; however, for enhanced interaction within a course, it is recommended to download and install the Macromedia Shockwave and Authorware plug-ins first.

6.  What are the system requirements to run an online course?

Generally the courses at a minimum require a 486 PC, 33MHz, 8MB RAM, Windows 95, VGA display with 256 colors. Students are now required to have a 32-bit windows operating system such as Windows 9x, Me, NT 4.0, Windows 2000 or XP.
